How to Access TimelyCare
Visit or download the TimelyCare app from your app store and be sure to register with your school email address. You can then start visits from any web-enabled device – smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop – anywhere in the United States.

- MedicalNow - 24/7, on-demand medical care.
- TalkNow - 24/7, on-demand emotional support.
- Scheduled Counseling Visits - Select the day, time, and mental health provider of your choiceÌý(12 visits per academic year).
- Scheduled Medical Visits - Select the day, time, and medical provider of your choice.
- Self-Care Content - Yoga and meditation sessions and group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.
Using TimelyCare
- Any enrolled ºù«Ӱҵ student can access TimelyCare services. Services are entirely free of charge, and insurance is not required.Ìý
- TimelyCare's TalkNow feature is available internationally, but students must download the app and register their account while still in the U.S.
