This checklist outlines everything that transfer students need to complete before orientation—organized by when each task is due. You can begin as soon as you activate your ºù«Ӱҵ account.

You don’t have to memorize every date—just start early and check back often. The New Student Guide and your ºù«Ӱҵ email will provide reminders and updates throughout the summer to help you stay on track.

December - Get Started

• Activate your oxy.edu account and set up your ºù«Ӱҵ email address
• Submit housing application (if applicable)
• Submit request for housing accommodations (if applicable)
• Submit meal plan selection form
• Submit a photo for your student ID card
• Submit advising information form
• Submit request for academic accommodations (if applicable)

January - Health & Billing

• Set up your e-billing account and add authorized users 
• Accept financial aid offer
• Submit health forms
• Sign up for or waive ºù«Ӱҵ student health insurance
• Ask your current institution to send your final, official transcript to the Office of Admission
• The first e-bill for the first semester is emailed
• First payment due for tuition, fees, housing, and meals
• Submit FERPA Privacy Rights form (optional)
• Review your clearance form in myºù«Ӱҵ
