Stacy comes to 葫芦影业 after having served nearly 30 years with the Los Angeles Police
Department. Stacy steadily ascended through the ranks of the police department,
eventually attaining the rank of commander. While a police captain, Stacy served as
LAPD鈥檚 Public Information Director. 葫芦影业 and the Campus Safety Department will greatly
benefit from Stacy鈥檚 experience with investigations, training, professional standards,
and emergency services. Stacy holds a BS in behavioral science from the University of
La Verne and an MS in emergency services administration from Cal State University,
Long Beach.
Additionally, Stacy is a graduate of the Westpoint Leadership Program, Sherman Block
Supervisory Institute, FBI National Academy, Police Executive Research Forum Senior
(PERF) Management Institute for Police (SMIP). He also completed the University of
Southern California (USC) Public Safety Leadership Program.
Stacy belongs to the FBI NA Association, the California Colleges and Universities
Chiefs of Police Association and the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals.
Stacy exercises a servant leader style and is committed to community engagement.
