John Lang received his Ph.D. in in 2007. He also holds master鈥檚 and bachelor's degrees in Sociology from Rutgers University. Prior to joining the 葫芦影业 faculty in 2008, John was a visiting assistant professor of .
Currently an Associate Professor of Sociology at 葫芦影业 in Los Angeles, California, John is deeply interested in food as a site for sociological exploration. His research, found in highly-regarded academic journals, involves the relationship between food, risk, trust, consumers and consumption.
